7. What are the success rates of the mortgage leads?
Every broker achieves different levels of success. However we test the leads on a regular basis. We can convert on a test basis 55% to 75% of our leads to appointments.
Between 96% and 97% of the brokers that join GMF stay with us on an ongoing basis. This is the most honest testiment of the leads that we generate. We know our clients stay with us and value us as part of their business.

8. How do we pay?
GMF will take payment for leads three days after we send them to you from a debit or credit card. This is an automated system, and is very security conscious.

9. What is our refund policy?
We are a fair company. We will refund leads that we can test to be incorrect. If there is a problem with a lead, you return it via email. Our quality control team then test it and refund if applicable.

We refund immediately if there is incorrect contact details or lead details.

10. Can mortgage leads be suspended?
We allow the mortgage broker to take a 10 or 20 day holiday period from our automated system at any one time. To do this you drop us an email to info@gmfservices.co.uk

11. Are we tied to GMF if we sign up?
No, If you wish to cancel your membership at any time with GMF you are free to do so. Send us an email and we will instantly ensure that you do not receive any more leads from GMF.

12. Do we have to purchase a certain amount
No, When registering you enter a monthly cap on the leads. This is to say that you do not want more than a certain amount in the one month. The lowest cap is 15 per month. These are sent to you automatically as and when they are generated within your chosen areas.

13. How do you receive the mortgage leads
The leads are sent instantly via email directly to your inbox.

1. What is the price per mortgage lead?
The price of our mortgage enquiries are as follows:

All mortgage leads have a minimum price of £40 per enquiry, with the following exceptions:
All remortgage leads will be priced at £55 per enquiry. 
All telephone qualified enquiries will be priced at £55 per enquiry.
All adverse remortgage leads will now be priced at £80 per enquiry .

2. How are the mortgage leads generated?
Our leads are generated via our mortgage websites which we continually promote. Consumers in the UK who ask for mortgage advise on the web will generally find one of our sites. There they can complete their details if they wish to be contacted by a local Independent Mortgage Adviser.

The consumer will complete what is called a "Call Back Request Form"

3. How fast do we receive their details?
As a mortgage broker you would register for certain postcode areas. After registering you will receive the leads automaticaly once generated with in your particular registered postcode areas.

4. Does anyone else receive the same mortgage leads?
Every lead that we generate is only sent to one mortgage broker and one mortgage broker alone.

5. What postcode areas can you register for?
You can register for any postcode area you like. Most brokers will request postcode regions for example CW or SK. You may register for as many areas as you like.

6. Will other brokers be registered within these areas?
Yes, other mortgage brokers will be registered with in your areas. The leads are distributed in a rotation basis as and when they are generated.
