Mortgage Leads - How it Works
GMF are a mortgage lead distribution company, which have been, for several years, providing independent financial advisers with mortgage leads.
Due to our business success and the valuable product we supply we have over the last year moved onto a national scale providing mortgage leads.
Our leads are generated through Internet inquiries.
The consumer has decided to complete an online questionnaire and expects a call within 24 hours from an independent mortgage or financial adviser it's as simple as that.
GMF brings the adviser direct to the particular consumer who requests mortgage advice. Our system works on a postcode basis. We distribute our mortgage inquiries to advisers in the postcode areas they nominate.
An adviser can nominate as many postcode areas as they wish. Our system staggers the leads between the advisers within that particular code, ensuring an equal amount between advisers. At present we only register three advisers per postcode area.
There is no registration fee for GMF Leads, we only charge per lead we distribute direct to the mortgage adviser. Free registration no up front costs.
